"Carpe Diem" Says The Dead Poets Society

What is the use in living, expecting that something would happen tomorrow?
What is the use in living, making steady plans for tomorrow?

There is no use in any of the above. We are here now and that is all that matters, isn't it? Nobody in this world except God knows what will happen tomorrow. We are just humans, weak in body and heart and soul trying to mend things in our own way. Why do i say we are weak? Yes of course, we are weak, aren't we weak when we cannot control our tomorrow? This film "Dead Poets Society" time and again reminds the watcher that he/she shouldn't leave anything to the future. This film is full of strong ideas but then given to the viewer in a sugar coated layer.

"Carpe Diem" means Seize the Day in Latin.
Do it today and start doing it now because nobody knows how tomorrow will be. Do what you like and strive hard to make it happen. What's the use in living somebody else's life? Somebody else's Dream? We were born for a reason and everybody has their own purpose to solve. Try finding that reason in life and try achieving what you want. This is the idea that DPS projects.

I felt very happy seeing the film because we changed our course long back. My friends and I wanted to do Films but we were only talking and talking but doing nothing. This year we saw that if we had to do it, it had to happen soon and so we started doing things like never before. From then on it has always been Do it today, do it now attitude. Yellow Line Pictures is a direct result to our restlessness and thirst to win. This has served us well and i guess this attitude will definitely help us reach our goal soon. DPS is an awesomely inspiring film. Please do watch it when possible.
